With the balance of group work, personal training, film study, and one-on-one consultation, athletes will leave the season not just maintained, but improved.
Program Features:
1. Semi-Private Training Sessions – Every Sunday
Weekly sessions in a small-group environment focused on sharpening skills, refining fundamentals, and applying game-like scenarios. These sessions allow athletes to stay game-ready and maintain skill growth during the season without overloading the body.
2. Personal Training Sessions – 2 per Month (6 Total)
Athletes will receive individualized training directly with Coach Briggs, designed to address their unique needs, skill gaps, and role within their team. Personalized attention ensures each player maximizes their impact on the court.
3. Weekly Game Film Breakdown
Players provide their own game footage for in-depth analysis. Coach Briggs will break down decisions, execution, spacing, footwork, and more—helping players better understand how to translate training into real-game performance.
4. Weekly Zoom Consultations with Coach Briggs
Each week, players will have direct access to Coach Briggs via Zoom to review film notes, discuss progress, and receive actionable advice on how to adjust and improve their game. These sessions ensure accountability and consistent communication throughout the program.
